Back to the Good Ole' Days. . . Shaun Logsdon moved his office at The Logsdon Group 4 years ago into an abandoned and empty building in the heart of Mt. Washington. This building set empty for several years after a florist shop had most recently moved out. The building was a Standard Oil Station in the 1930's -1940's and known as Central Garage. After looking for office space in Mt. Washington Logsdon knew this was the perfect place to call home in Mt. Washington. After securing the lease the work began on transforming the building into something the entire community could enjoy. Over a short period of time Logsdon worked hard to restore, preserve and bring some of Mt. Washington's history back to life. Since that time in just the past few years this iconic location has become a staple in Mt. Washington. Logsdon has used this space to host fundraisers, live music, car/bike cruise ins, holiday events and so much more in just a short period of time. Thousands of people visit the regularly scheduled Car/bike Cruise Ins creating exciting opportunities for the community.
